Cinemagora 利用規約

Cinemagora は、映画を観た人同士が感想を記録し、映画ごとの少人数セッションで会話するためのサービスです。利用者は、本規約に同意のうえで本サービスを利用するものとします。
1. サービス内容
当サービスは、映画レビュー、Note、フレンド機能、movieId ごとのランダムマッチ / フレンドマッチ、セッション内チャット、通報・ブロック等の機能を提供します。サービス内容は予告なく追加、変更、停止されることがあります。
2. アカウント
- 利用者は、正確かつ最新のプロフィール情報を登録するものとします。
- ニックネームは重複登録できません。
- マッチ参加に Apple 連携が必要となる場合があります。プロフィールアイコンは、プリセットから選択できます。
- 未成年者は、法定代理人の同意を得たうえで利用してください。
3. 投稿と公開範囲
- レビュー / Note の公開範囲は、利用者自身が設定します。
- セッション内の投稿は、そのセッション参加者に共有されます。
- 利用者は、自らが投稿する内容について必要な権利を有し、第三者の権利を侵害しないことを保証するものとします。
4. 禁止事項
- 法令違反、公序良俗違反、犯罪行為またはその助長
- 誹謗中傷、脅迫、差別、嫌がらせ、プライバシー侵害、なりすまし
- わいせつ、性的搾取、児童の保護に反する投稿または行為
- 恋愛、性的交際、面会、連絡先交換、外部サービス誘導を主目的とする利用
- サービス運営を妨害する行為、複数アカウントによる不正利用、スクレイピングその他過度な自動取得
- TMDb を含む第三者データやコンテンツの利用条件に反する行為
5. モデレーション
当サービスは、不適切なコンテンツおよび迷惑行為に対して一切これを許容しません（ゼロトレランス）。利用者が投稿した不適切なコンテンツの通報を受けた場合、運営者は原則として24時間以内に当該コンテンツを削除し、違反した利用者をサービスから排除（強制退出・利用停止・アカウント削除等）します。
当サービスは、通報、ブロック、安全フィルタその他の方法により違反行為を監視し、必要に応じて投稿削除、セッションからの強制退出、利用停止その他の措置を講じることがあります。通報情報およびモデレーション記録は、別途定める保存期間に従って保管されます。
6. 知的財産権
当サービスおよび当サービス上のロゴ、画面、ソフトウェアに関する権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、当サービスの提供・維持・安全対策に必要な範囲で、投稿内容を利用されることに同意するものとします。
7. TMDb について
This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.
映画データおよび画像の一部は TMDb API を利用しています。TMDb のロゴ、名称、データは TMDb の利用条件に従って取り扱われます。
8. 免責
- 当サービスは、特定目的適合性、完全性、継続性、無誤謬性を保証するものではありません。
- 利用者間のトラブルについて、当サービスは法令上責任を負う場合を除き責任を負いません。
- 外部サービスの障害、仕様変更、通信環境に起因する不具合について、当サービスは責任を負いません。
9. 退会・削除
利用者は、アプリ内の `アカウント削除` 機能から退会できます。退会後のデータ取扱いは プライバシーポリシー に従います。
10. 規約の変更
本規約は、法令改正またはサービス内容の変更に応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページで告知します。
11. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されます。

Cinemagora Terms of Service

Cinemagora is a service for people who have watched a movie to record impressions and talk in small movie-specific sessions. By using the service, users agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Overview
The service provides movie reviews, Notes, friend features, movieId-specific random matching / friend matching, in-session chat, reporting, blocking, and related functionality. The service may be added to, changed, or suspended without prior notice.
2. Accounts
- Users must maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information.
- Nicknames must be unique.
- Apple account linking may be required for some actions, including match participation. Profile icons can be selected from presets.
- Minors must use the service with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Posts and Visibility
- Users control the visibility of their reviews and Notes.
- Posts made within a session are shared with the participants in that session.
- Users represent that they have the rights needed for the content they post and that their content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws, public order, or good morals, or encouraging criminal conduct
- Defamation, threats, discrimination, harassment, privacy violations, or impersonation
- Obscene content, sexual exploitation, or conduct harmful to the protection of children
- Using the service primarily for romance, sexual relationships, in-person meetings, contact exchange, or directing users to external services
- Interfering with service operations, abusing multiple accounts, scraping, or other excessive automated collection
- Violating the usage terms of TMDb or other third-party data and content providers
5. Moderation
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. When we receive a report of objectionable user-generated content, we will, as a rule, remove the content and eject the user who provided it (through forced removal from sessions, suspension, account deletion, or similar actions) within 24 hours.
We may monitor violations through reports, blocks, safety filters, and other measures, and may take actions such as removing posts, forcibly removing a user from a session, suspending access, or applying other restrictions when necessary. Reports and moderation records are retained according to the retention periods stated separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights in the service, including its logos, screens, and software, belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders. Users agree that posted content may be used to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and protect the service.
7. TMDb
This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.
Some movie data and images are provided via the TMDb API and are handled subject to TMDb's terms.
8. Disclaimer
- The service does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, continuity, or error-free operation.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users except where required by applicable law.
- We are not responsible for failures caused by external services, specification changes, or network conditions.
9. Account Closure and Deletion
Users may leave the service using the in-app `Delete Account` feature. Handling of data after account deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated in response to legal changes or service updates. If a material change is made, notice will be provided in the app or on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
